Join Dr Sandie Bourne, Founder of Oxygen Arts’ Black British Ballet project for a deep dive into the history of Black dancers in British Ballet in the past century. Sandie will be joined by Ben Love, Artistic Director of Ballet Soul. Born in Kenya and raised in the UK, Ben started his career with Everton Football Club before discovering his love of ballet. In the 1990s, he became the first Black male lead soloist dancer with major European ballet companies including the Portuguese National Ballet, London City Ballet and Norwegian National Ballet.
