Event Description

WHY SINGING FOR BREATHING?
Singing for breathing has been shown to promote the following benefits:

- Improve posture.
- Meet people and feel part of a community.
- Help to feel in control of your breathing.
- Helps to manage symptoms of many breathing conditions.
- Increase strength of speaking voice.

The group is open to anyone who wants to sing for their wellbeing and help improve their breathing.

Sing Out Sutton: Sing out Sutton is a charity that supports and promotes singing for wellbeing throughout Sutton. We run regular events throughout the year, and aim to bring the fun and joy of singing to not only our participants but the general public too.
There’s no need to have sung before to take part in any event or group.
