Event Description

Health Navigators from the Volunteer Centre Sutton provide support and guidance to residents through health and wellbeing events, health checks (e.g., blood pressure), health education awareness (e.g., cancer, diabetes, blood pressure, mental health, etc.), signposting to other services (e.g., British Heart Foundation, Stroke Charities, Weight loss, etc.), and NHS app training (helping access the NHS app).

This project is funded by NHS South West London Integrated Care System.
