Event Description
January marks the start of a new year and many of us will be making resolutions and trying new hobbies. January is also a time to celebrate some of the many diverse communities living in Sutton, including Tamil Heritage Month, and their new year- Pongal.
Join Sutton's Tamil community for a day of celebration:
Fashion show
Parai ( percussion and it will be loud)
Group dances- 5 group dances
Vocal- Carnatic group song
Miruthangam- ( percussion)
Talk of Tamil Heritage

ஜனவரி ஒரு புதிய ஆண்டின் தொடக்கத்தைக் குறிக்கிறது மற்றும் நம்மில் பலர் தீர்மானங்களை எடுப்போம் மற்றும் புதிய பொழுதுபோக்குகளை முயற்சிப்போம். தமிழ் பாரம்பரிய மாதம் மற்றும் அவர்களின் புத்தாண்டான பொங்கல் உட்பட, சுட்டனில் வாழும் பல வேறுபட்ட சமூகங்களில் சிலவற்றைக் கொண்டாடுவதற்கான நேரமும் ஜனவரி ஆகும்.
