Sutton Talking Therapies will deliver fun and creative workshop aimed at providing key skills to overcome stress and to promote and develop your self-care skills. Self-care is personal and so we focus on the 5 areas in which we can show ourselves care: physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual. Recent research has shown that compassion can help to maintain our wellbeing alongside practicing breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. We will discuss key themes and myths around relaxation and self-care, leaving you with a more balanced outlook and important skills to take away.


By learning about self-care & relaxation in a confidential setting, this wellbeing workshops aims to help you understand more about overcoming barriers, becoming comfortable interacting with others and finding solutions, techniques and learning practical skills to help you improve your own wellbeing.
