Bun n Cheese : Things That Bring Me Joy

Event Description

Bun N Cheese is a collaboration with writer/artist/academic, Michael McMillian, exploring the oral histories of a group of black elders of Caribbean heritage local to Sutton. Through workshops, the group shared stories about cherished personal objects that bring them joy. The exhibition presents a series of unique portraits by photographer Aneesa Dawoojee, alongside the group's creative writing pieces.
