Event Description

Disagreements are a normal part of any relationship – especially when it comes to parenting. However, it's how we handle these moments that can make all the difference for our children. Arguing Better is a course designed to help parents learn healthier, more constructive ways to communicate, ensuring that every conversation leads to the best possible outcome for the whole family.

Evidence shows that how parents deal with stress and conflict can have a lasting impact on their children's emotional well-being. This course will provide you with practical tools to manage difficult conversations, reduce stress, and approach conflicts in a way that creates positive outcomes. By learning to communicate better with each other, you'll not only improve your relationship but also create a more harmonious environment for your children to thrive.

Couples don’t need to attend together – this course is designed for individual parents, and even if only one parent takes part, the benefits will be felt across the family. Open to all parents in the London Borough of Sutton, this course is your opportunity to build healthier communication patterns and strengthen your family dynamic.
