The SWL Roving Immunisation Service will be offering a seasonal COVID-19 vaccine. The Spring 2025 programme will commence 1 April 2025 and ends on 17 June 2025.

Notes & Requirements

Eligibility criteria:
• Individuals aged 75 years and over (including individuals who turn 75 years old by 17 June 2025)
• Residents in a care home for older adults
• Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed (as defined in the immunosuppression row of Tables 3 or 4 in Chapter 14a of the Green Book).
