‘Mind-full’ will be focused on an exploration of feelings through sculpture, using the paper mache process to explore how we contain our thoughts, dreams and emotions. Using recycled newspaper and collage materials participants will construct head-like forms to act as containers where it’s the inside that counts. Through the process of creating and discussion participants can then choose what to share or express within their form. The final display will be viewed in 360 to allow the sculptures to be viewed from both their exterior and revealing interior.
Please note, participants must be available for both sessions. Please book for both Monday 11th August and Monday 18th August.
