High blood pressure is a major health risk that can lead to strokes, heart attacks, and other serious problems - but many people don’t even know they have it. That’s why regular blood pressure checks are so important.

The Big Squeeze is a worldwide campaign that offers free, quick blood pressure screenings done by friendly volunteers. Since 2017, over 6 million people have taken part!

At this event, you’ll get a simple, no-cost blood pressure check with your results right away. Volunteers will also give you helpful advice on what to do next. Everyone is welcome. Come along, get checked, and take a step toward better heart health!
