Are you a parent or carer with a child under 19 (or under 25 with SEN) living at home? Join our free 4 week course and gain the skills, confidence and inspiration to prepare healthy, low-cost meals for the whole family.

Over 4 weeks, you will:

Learn to cook delicious, budget-friendly recipes

Take home all the ingredients to practise what you’ve learnt

Enjoy a light lunch each week

Pick up money-saving and budgeting tips

Hear from guest speakers on money management and health

Our Children's Centre services are restricted to those living in the London Borough of Sutton only. Our sessions are very popular and we want to prioritise those living in the borough.
