Come along to our Chair-Based Exercise Class! 💙
A lovely, social way to move your body, build strength, and boost your mood—all from the comfortable support of a chair. It's perfect for every body and every level!
We'd love to see you there!
📍 Where: Wallington Library, Shotfield, SM6 0HY
⏰ When: Every Thursday at 10:15 am
⏳ Duration: A friendly 30-45 minute session 💰 Cost:Just £5.99 per person
Who is it for?
Everyone is welcome! Our class is designed for older adults of all ages (whether you're 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100!), and is a perfect fit for:
· Those with mobility challenges or who use walking aids.
· Individuals living with disabilities or long-term health conditions.
· Anyone looking to improve their mental wellbeing through gentle movement and community.
We also bring the class to you! We offer sessions for care homes, day centres, and community groups. Please message or call to enquire.
Come for the exercise, and stay for the friendly chat and a cup of tea afterwards. We can't wait to meet you!

Payment: Please bring cash (£5.99) to pay the instructor when you arrive at the class.
