Ready to Start Your Baby’s Weaning Journey?
Thinking about introducing solids but not sure where to begin? Our Introducing Solids Workshop is here to guide you step by step!
Join the Sutton Health Visiting Team and Family Hubs for a relaxed, informative session covering everything you need to know about starting solids safely, confidently, and at the right time for your baby.
We’ll chat about:
Signs your baby is ready
First tastes and textures
Helpful tips and ideas to make mealtimes positive and stress-free
This workshop is for families living in the London Borough of Sutton with babies who haven’t yet started solids (and who are at least 18 weeks old on the day of the workshop) and is located on floor 1A of the library, there is a lift to take you up to this floor.
If your baby has already started solids and you need extra support, please call the Health Visiting duty line on 020 8770 5409.
Facilitated by Sutton Health & Care. By registering, you consent to sharing your details with Sutton Health & Care for the purposes of this workshop.
