Event Description
Once considered the busiest area in Carshalton in the 19th century, these ancient thoroughfares have more than their fair share of equally ancient buildings and stories, as will be explained by Andrew Skelton on this short perambulation along their southern stretches.
Meet at the junction of West Street Lane and North Street, outside Beechwood Court.
NB This walk will be along busy roads so please no dogs (unless for mobility) or children under 10 years. The walk will last last 1.5-2hrs.
