How to Argue Better – Free Online Course for Parents

Every relationship has disagreements, but it's how we handle them that makes the biggest difference to our children.

How to Argue Better is a free, two-evening  course designed for parents who are experiencing stress or conflict in their relationship and want to improve communication for the benefit of the whole family.

During the course, you'll explore:

How stress can affect relationships and family life.

The impact of parental conflict on children.

Practical ways to communicate more positively during disagreements.

Strategies to manage stress together and resolve conflict more constructively.

Who can attend?

This course is for parents only who:

Have at least one child under the age of 19 (or under 25 with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND)) 

Live in the London Borough of Sutton.

Please note: Both parents do not need to attend together. Parents are welcome to attend individually.

The sessions are supportive, practical and non-judgemental, providing useful tools to help reduce conflict, improve communication and create a calmer, more positive home environment.
