Birth-pre-movers

Baby massage is a practice where a caregiver gently strokes or holds a baby, often with oil, using rhythmic and loving movements. This technique promotes relaxation, bonding, and potential health benefits, addressing both physical and emotional needs. It offers parents a way to connect with their baby through gentle touch and manipulation.
