Join our friendly 6 week program, co-facilitated by the Children’s Centre and Home-Start, to explore simple, practical ways to better understand and respond to your child’s emotional needs. Using an easy-to-follow “map,” you’ll learn how to support your child’s feelings, build their confidence, and strengthen your connection.

We know it’s hard to focus when you’re juggling little ones, so we offer crèche facilities for children under 5 giving you time to relax, learn, and connect with other parents.
